Nikola has helped me a lot, she listens to me and guides me. She has introduced me to real food and taught me that 'I can' even when I think that 'I can't'. I would totally recommend that you join her in her paid group (if you work well in a group) or you can work with her on a 1-2-1 basis. Ditch the SW and WW mentality and set yourself free.

Nikola knows everything about the lchf way of life. She has been an inspiration and has changed my life, which had been a series of yoyo dieting for 50 years, using every diet under the sun. Low carb works and I would recommend everybody who is struggling with their weight or their health to give it a go.

I'm really chuffed. I got a phone call this morning from the GP who informed me that my recent diabetes review, the first for 3 years, showed my T2diabetes in remission. When diagnosed some 10 years ago, my diabetes nurse pointed me to 'The Healthy Plate' and told me that Metformin was available if it didn't work for me. Even then I couldn't believe that "The Healthy Plate" would help my diabetes, let alone my waistline. I declined the Metformin, did my homework, cut out the c**p and 3 months later was pre-diabetic.
