I know that I can rely on Loving Care one hundred per cent. The carers do such a fantastic job and mum clearly looks forward to their visits, treating them as part of the family. They are all so kind and thoughtful and their visits have meant that mum can remain dignified. I’ve noticed that there has been a great difference to her outlook.

Loving Care helped my mother during the difficult last weeks of her life. Without them, she would never have been able to remain at home. Her independence was so important to her and I am eternally grateful to Loving Care for enabling this.

I am bedridden and my mother is elderly, blind, and diabetic. We both receive care from LC. Without any notice to ourselves and only the council, service has been discontinued. The reason given seems to be a disrespectful attitude on my part. It followed shortly after a recent complaint where a knife with butter had been put back in the drawer. The other issue being my friend and also nephew complaining that the kitchen floor was like going into a pub with a sticky floor. This was perhaps my third complaint in two years with... read more
