The movers couldn't finish the removal on the same day as they arrived hours late than the time given. They told me that they'd come back the next day. I agreed despite having booked for the end of tenancy cleaning at 9am the next day and wasting a day off work. Then they blackmailed me for £400 more charge, otherwise they wouldn't come back to do the removal. After I refused, they basically went "how about £300". Avoid.
Paid extra amount of money for Saturday delivery, booked a week ahead of the planned date. They didn’t deliver it on time, called to reschedule to the next Saturday, but got a message from parcel force saying the driver is on the way on a TUESDAY. Called the team and put me on hold forever. Will not recommend to anyone who needs punctual service!!!!!!
