Wonderful experience from start to finish. I did a lot of research on my purchase talking with 10+ dealerships about the Honda CR-V. I was most impressed with the way Honda Napleton took care of me specifically Shaun and Chris were just wonderful. Great experience at Napleton service dept. I have been bringing my 2014 Honda CRV for service from the beginning. Tammy Morris has taken care of me every time. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explains in detail what is being done. I will continue to bring my CRV to Napleton and always ask for Tammy.
I recently had some life changes and was shopping for a smaller car. Jim Schaffer and John Vang stepped right in to help me as soon as I walked in the door. They never made me feel pressured or rushed and they answered all of my questions and concerns, no matter how small. I was so thankful to Jim and John for helping me out and making it a very pleasant and painless experience. Of all the car purchases within my lifetime, this one was number one, hands down.
I just moved up here from Florida and of course the snow got to me being that I was driving an Accord Hybrid I decided to change cars. I contacted Napleton Honda and was contacted by Vanessa the next day. I was out of town but as soon as I go back the next day I visited the dealer. Had a great experience with my salesman Matt. He took extra time to explain all the features to me.
Brought my manual car in for an oil change and they smoked my clutch, destroyed my flywheel, and then told me it wasn't their fault and refused to pay for it. I was overcharged for the oil change, and they used the wrong oil type. Service techs were rude and tried to tell me about roughly 10 things that were "wrong" with my car. Don't waste your time or money at this ****hole dealership.
