After what I learned about Matthew Harkey, I’ll never go back. He’s been a registered sexual predator for years and has been allowed to be alone test driving cars with women alone for years! My teenage daughter and I have been alone with him in cars before and this makes me sick. The rest i won’t share, but I’ll be going to Crystal Lake for all of my cars needs.

Love their service department. Russ always takes care of our car . He keeps us informed through the whole process. I never have to worry about what needs to be done. He always let’s me know what needs to be done to the car. He’s a great service advisor.
Poor customer service. Salesman John Vang never communicated with my wife when she asked for deals, promotions for a new vehicle to lease while her lease was near end. Now as we speak the 2 managers are making my 9 month pregnant wife wait to turn in her Accord while they attend other customers first. We will both never buy or lease from this dealership ever again and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
