Salesman Daniel Merrick and John Bucher were FANTASTIC to deal with and Christopher Loch (sales manager) was great to deal with as well. They are always SUPER busy in all the best ways because business with these gentlemen was super smooth and very little pressure. All the best things to say.
I was lied to about technician hours and treated horribly on the phone by the service agent. I was told they would undo the work after they did work on the vehicle without my permission. my car came back damaged and instead of fixing it they are now claiming I did damage to the loaner without evidence. I would recommend going anywhere but here for service work and I would not give napletons my patronage. pictures of damage their technician did while under their care included for reference.
I had a positive buying experience at Napletons Honda. No pressure, no BS, answered all my questions and we quickly got the deal done.
Great sales people and staff
A couple of Saturdays ago I was in Rockford and had tire trouble. I stopped in to see if Napleton's could help. They could! They did so quickly and with a smile---quite the plus for an out-of-towner! Thanks!
After a terrible experience at Anderson Toyota we found a great vehicle at a great price while working with a wonderful salesman, John B. John did not push us to look at anything that we weren’t interested in and just guided us as we looked at different vehicles. Great guy!
Great service - extremely friendly, honest and relatively quick (quick to schedule/quick to complete). I drove 30 miles to get my Honda up here due to my local dealership not having any convenient availability and ALWAYS taking over 2 hours to complete an oil change. Anyways, these guys were a complete contrast to them and, from now on, this is where I will be taking my Honda for service - it’s absolutely worth the drive!
