Very friendly and engaged trainers, HUGE amount of free weight equipment, circuit equipment, cardio equipment, nutritional coaching, kids club childcare, sauna, hot tub, Krav Maga, Cross fit, amazing HIIT Classes, smoothie bar, and a highly energetic atmosphere!! Just joined and I love it. The staff is nice. The instructors are awesome.
It's a neat building. The staff is friendly for a price. There are no morning classes, parking isn't great, and weekend hours are very short. I won't be renewing my membership, and wished I hadn't joined for a year
The staff and trainers are awesome. It's a great place to lose weight and gain muscle.
