Was told by some people to go to the other gym where this was located, checked it out and it was not for me(too small and not a huge selection of weights). LAC is awesome their serious steel room is a game changer for me. Not to mention they have 4 rooms alone for working out. A lot of cardio machines so it is really just a good arrangement for everybody! With all the varieties of equipment it is important to me to have no or little wait times and that is accomadated here.
