Great people! The owners have created a positive place to get healthy. I also have been working with Taylor to get my health back on track. I am very pleased. Thank you all.
Incredibly disappointed �. Tried a two year contract, didn't fit my liking or hours. In the end, had to pay $70 just to get out of a contract. There may be a few good employees there, but even for a family owned business, which I always try to support, they were difficult to get out of contract with no notification or reminders your monthly rate was doubling. Be aware and read the fine lines of any promotional deals before signing, not worth it.

Great gym with everything you need to make some serious gains.
The gym has everything one needs. Dozens of Cardio options. Good quality isolation, focused muscle machines. Traditional black iron free weights. Kept exceptionally clean. Friendly staff and well qualified trainers available.
I have to admit I was a little nervous about going to a new gym after giving up and letting myself fall... but I do know this gym is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. When you join you become family not just a member and that's important! My family and I made a great choice and couldn't of done it any other way! Thanks!!��
