RecommendedI started with a personal trainer for 6 months in Jan 2018. Took a break for a few months and found I was not showing up. The club offered me a special package for a limited time and I was able to get back into a groove. I have had 4 different trainers. Both male and female. All were fantastic. everyone at the club are so friendly and supportive. Spencer Hull is my current personal trainer. Spencer is great. He is funny, knowledgeable, encouraging and keeps me accountable. Come in for a free consultation and workout.

WOW! What a “GYM GEM”. Awesome equipment ranging from “old school” to “new school”. Great staff. Family environment, yet a paradise for serious steel folks as well. Love it!
