We took our son here for his 10th birthday party. They were absolutely fantastic. They worked with the kids on all the obstacles and really showed how much they care.
Best gym I have ever been to! The trainers are all very knowledgeable and sincerely care about helping me achieve my goals. This is the best decision I ever made to join this gym and work with a trainer.
Love it here...I joined in Jan hired a trainer for one day a week. I have always felt comfortable there. Everyone is friendly and my trainer ,Justin is the best.
The boot camp is amazing, kicks my butt every time. I started back in January. Done 2-3 days a week for an hour or two. Zumba is fun also. A couple of hours with a personal trainer helps.
I love not being bothered and being able to workout without all the chatter and this place has it. When I do have questions it's very easy to find someone.
Great place to workout and even better people. Taylor Buhl is a highly educated trainer and can help with anything from losing weight, gaining muscle, to training for athletic performance. If you're interested in personal training services in the northern Colorado area, I can't recommend Taylor and his team enough!
Like family. Everybody knows your name. Unlike any other gym I've ever been a part of.
