Jo was wonderful! So easy to talk to and listened to everything I had to say. She taught me that my anxiety does need to rule me and I can cope with it and be the best me I can be. One of the best things I did for myself was get the help I needed from Jo. Thank you!

Jo is so friendly and welcoming and has created a warm and inviting space to share her wisdom of hypnotherapy! I came to Jo feeling a bit lost and in a rut since becoming a mum and counselling wasn't getting me results. I went into meeting Jo with a very closed outlook as to whether it would help me, having suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for over 13 years, and not doing things for the worry I would go back steps, I honestly didn’t think that someone could help me progress further and be able to have the confidence to push myself to do things that made me anxious. Jo is simply amazing, her hypnotherapy has been transformative. She is so patient and flexible, able to book sessions around work and childcare. The techniques Jo uses are effective and adaptable so I can use them in everyday life.
