Worst company ever don’t buy from here!!!!! Ordered a 400£ wardrobe and it was too big for my home and they only have a 14 days return policy. I’m 18 with a 1 year old baby and I had made a mistake with measurements and they refused to take the wardrobe back even though it was unopened and out of the box and left me short on money over cheirmas and I still don’t have a wardrobe for my home. I got a bedframe and mattress. A few days after Love furniture put it up the bed frame began to come apart. They were out 6 times before I asked for a refund which was refused. I had to do through the small claims and even the first letter was ignored prompting me to have to take it further costing me more money. Absolutely shocking customer service
