Such a positive experience. Scott is so knowledgeable about the bikes and knows 'everything' you need to know about buying a bike that's right for you. And that's the important bit, he gets the right bike for what you want to use it for. He's happy to spend as much time as you need. Highly recommend!
Hard to summarise such exceptional customer service in a short google review. Left feeling utterly demoralised by several Edinburgh shops inability to sort out a simple broken wheel, Scott swung in and got me back on the road. Restoring my faith in Riese and Muller and proving that there are still people out there who will go above and beyond to help. Fantastic to be back on my bike again. Riese and Muller owners, don’t go anywhere else!

Update - just been back today and bought my second ebike. The service from Scott is still absolutely fantastic. I had called during the week, he rememberes exactly who I was and which bike I had purchased nearly 5 years ago. It was great to catch up and share my riding experience on the Riese and Muller Tinker. In fact the original bike is still so good it's not going anywhere it's perfect for around town.
