Far better companies out there. Sadly, the good employees don't get any recognition, but if you're part of the status quo you'll fit right in. Had issues with wages which eventually did get sorted. Geraldine and Sean, you are both a credit to the company and other staff and team leaders could do with following your professionalism.

The worst care company in Fife. Worked as a team leader, so can assure you on this. I have worked in care for over 20 years and with several companies, but as stated, this is (and will be) the worst of the lot. Reasons? No support, badly managed, rotas not done in advance, no care or compassion, staff constantly criticised if raising a concern, care plans out of date, terrible atmosphere. Please do not apply for this company, you will thank me for saving your time.
