Understaffed and inefficient model with only 2 counters open on a Sunday evening for purchasing and answering of enquiries which took 15-20 mins each. Hence be prepared to wait for quite awhile if you are buying in stall vs online.
Batrisyia was extremely helpful, skilled, patient and polite in settling an earlier transaction which had issues. Much appreciated - she has initiative and makes the shopping experience much more pleasant ☺️
