My second stay at the same premises after 8 months. As usual, the hospitality provided by the team and room has been exceptional. My warmest compliments to the reservations team (Matt and Sergio) for their prompt reply when I requested to switch to a room with walk in shower. They were quick to respond with options for several viewings and that made my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. The reason there aren’t that many reviews is bc this is longer term corporate housing / extended stay. The staff are amazing with email - responses are generally within 5 mins or less and any small issues or requests are taken care of, what feels like, immediately and top priority. My only recommendation is that if you like a soft bed, ask for mattress toppers which they do have some of - for the price I would invest in newer / nicer mattresses :) overall, 5 stars for location, incredible service, and making it feel like a h... read more
