Rented a house from them, for a year, house full of mould and so many calls and email to come fix it, they would send someone to fix 1 small bit and leave saying they will come back, never did until you have to call them again. Moved out because of that, with 1 kid, now they keeping £900 deposit as they need to do works, which apparently they dont need to give me info of. Scams, stay away from them, they acted nice but they're the worst.
Absolutely DISGUSTING. This company is the worst do not go through with anything they say. Complete human error doing the application means now I can’t get a holding deposit back. 200 pounds down just before Christmas. I’d really be happy to see this company go bust. DISGUSTING FROM START TO FINISH.
Would most definitely not recommend ..very poor management of rental property ..
