Professional and courteous. Was kept informed every step of the way. Renting process was fast, simple and hassle free. Would recommend.
If I could give 0 stars then I would. The house we are renting from lounge rentals was absolutely filthy when we moved into it, after being told it had been cleaned and apart from not being hoovered as her hoover wasn't working.(Buy a new one ) it took my wife and myself 3 days to get it up to a decent clean standard. If Liz thinks this house was clean then I would love to see how Filthy her house is. We had a fantastic holiday from the start. Liz made it easy for us to communicate in relation to our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was wonderful, everything we needed and more.
