Worst car buying experience EVER. Signed original paperwork to purchase a car at Showcase, and then called in 11 days later to see why my trade in wasnt paid off yet. They said that the contract was t signed correctly, then proceeded to tell me they would need me to resign all new paperwork and that it would be expedited and the payoff would go out next day 7/9 it is 7/16 and no payoff has been made causing more interest accruing, proration on Gap, and warranties are shrinking and they owe me those proration as well! Hillside Honda car dealership has given the worst experience to us. After making the deal with price and giving appointment to buy the car and made me come a the way to the dealership. I went with my checkbook to pay and drive the car home.After confirming everything in the morning, I went to them to get the car and they without any hesitation simply said that car is not there. They really behaved very uncourteous that disturbed my mental ********* one should ever never go to this dealership!!!!Very very bad experience!!!

On June 25, 2025 Union Park BMW performed my annual check-up at which time I was informed that I needed new tires. I was told the tires were not in stock and an appointment was scheduled for 7AM on July 15, 2025 for four (4) new Pirelli tires and an alignment. I arrived at 7AM on July 15 no tires, no reason. Requested a manager, he told me the best he could do is get Continental tires there by lunch time. It all started out a little shaky with a Monday 8:30 appointment, but by a 4:00 p.m. call finding out that our car had not even been checked in for service yet and so they needed an extra day. That we did not understand why they would have scheduled if they were backed up. BUT.... I tell you.. WOW!!.. THEY REALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES! We were genuinely excited about the 2016 Honda Odyssey we purchased from this dealershipbut the excitement quickly unraveled. Just 29 miles into driving, the check engine light came on. If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I had an absolutley terrible experience with *** Ayres in ***************. From listening to a sales manager get mad because "hes tired of giving in" to customers, to the warranty guy being pushy and upset that we did not want to spend any extra money, we were off to a bad start from the get go. had trouble with my 2015 honda civic. hesitation when pressing the has pedal. diagnostic it , couldn't fine anything, gave transmission oil change. $300, next day, still having the same problem. took back, said there was a crack in the air hose.$200. next day, same problem still happening, and while driving, a lot of lights came on. took back, finally found out that it needed a tune-up. new sparks plugs, that were changed by me only ****** miles ago, plus a new coil. $2800

I brought my car in for a recall issue on my 2020 ***** ****. They had the parts to complete my recall, so I told them to do the recall service. I brought my Odyssey to West Broad Honda to check for a jerking motion during acceleration in the lower gears. This was in the morning on 7/8/25 at about 7:30 am. At about 9:15 I received a text message with recommended service to be performed. At the end of the message are two buttons. One with approve all and one with review all. The total price for all those service items is $2,977.24.
