Excellent customer service! I recently had several recalls addressed and regular maintenance completed on my 2019 Odyssey. Doug in the service department was friendly, efficient, and kept me updated on progress. I live quite a distance from the dealership so I needed to wait while my van was being worked on. The service team went above and beyond to ensure that my van was done as soon as possible, several hours before the original time projected. I did spend three hours in the waiting room. I used the service where they picked up my car, serviced it, and returned my car. I was completely satisfied, and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would use Honda World for my servicing needs again.

Stay away from this place. They misrepresented everything from the start. 1.Made an appointment to test drive a specific car. Got there and was told it was not available to drive. 2. Next they called and said I could drive the car. Drove the car loved it. Sat down to make the deal. We could not come to terms. I offered XXX they would not accept. 3. Saw the same car 4 days later reduced on line. Called went to Honda world made the deal for the same amount I offered them before. Did all the paper work and gave them a check. Wa... read more

I received excellent service at Honda World. Ben ****** explained exactly what service I needed based on my car's service record. His estimate of repair time was also accurate.
