DO NOT trust this company. I put my 2024 Bronco Raptor on car gurus to sale. I received several offers and chose to take the one from Arrowhead Honda. I called and set up an oppointment to bring the vehicle down so they could verify everything I was representing was accurate. upon arriving they immediately changed their offer without even looking at the vehicle. The offer said it was good for 7 days! This is nothing less than a bait and switch! I'm also filling a complaint with *** on there license.

Took my car in for service and when I picked it up it was $500 over the given estimate. I was overcharged for an oil change and they replaced an engine air filter ($49) & a cabin air filter ($99) without asking me 1st and getting my consent. The night before I took the car in, I replaced the engine air filter with a brand new filter. The service tech apparently threw away the brand new filter and replaced it with one of theirs and charged me $49. The Salesperson Was extremely nice and so was the manager, but don't wait too long to present a problem with your purchase...they don't like to make good on stuff that's wrong after you leave the sales floor...We found a scratch on the windshield appeared to be done by a razor blade (that cleans off sales stickers) that we wouldn't have noticed until we went on a trip a few weeks after the car was purchased...They would not acknowledge that it could possibly be caused before the sale to us. My car was wrecked by another driver the day I was to leave the country for two months. The trip could not be postponed. Numerous emails, texts, and calls were shared with Team Honda to as to needed repairs needed to be made. Each call was $10 a day using International calling, but all needs were communicated. Today, they told me they did not have the car when talking to several of their divisions. Hours later, after spending the morning tracking down, they had the car I went to pick up the vehicle. And late April I bought a 2016 Honda CRV from Schofield Honda on August12 I started having Indian problems they suggested that I needed spark plugs in a valve adjustment after picking up the car 2 Days Later no improvement the service advisor said they would put it to their best mechanic and he determined that the valves were adjusted for the engine was hot and should have been adjusted when they were cold and also a bolt had been broken off off the valve cover they had to order new bolts and I had to wait for 2 days when I ... read more

Martin honda service center needs to be investigated, I took my car there for service multiple times and every time I have a bad experience with them, they either break or steal your car parts or don't perform the service that you're paying for.

I hate having to leave a poor review, when the people we worked with were great. We took our Honda in for repair back in Feb 2025 and was notified that the Piston Rings would need to be replaced on our vehicle. Later in the year we received a document stating that Honda was extending a warranty to include the Piston Rings replacement that we had. To obtain the refund we had to provide documentation of our service. However, due to their procedures and processes, HCH caused us to lose $6000+ dollars on a recall reimbursement f... read more

BE CAREFUL BUYING NEW HONDAS: Been a long time Honda fan and supporter until recently with my 2020 Honda Accord and several others before that. A couple months ago my infomat screen went dark and has a message on it that it needs a software update. Have taken my car to two dealerships, called Honda Corporate multiple times, and Honda doesn't have a fix but it says it's in the works.
