DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM MAINTENANCE PLAN!! I bought a BRAND NEW car in May and took it in for my first maintenance (which was told everything would be covered for the first 2 visits even without the maintenance package). I explicitly wrote on my request I only wanted what was included in my package or my first 2 visits. My car has 9000 miles and they charged me $177. I got ripped off at Honda World yesterday and still have not received a call back from M. P****. Took my 2007 Honda CRV for repairs on the back door lock, freon for AC and a tire sensor. Before I even got a call from the Service Person, a Salesman called me and asked if I had considered upgrading to a newer model. Really?? We bought our Odyssey brand new from Honda World in 2018. in 2022 all the warning lights kept going off randomly. Two different appointments with their service department and nobody could find anything wrong. This continued intermittently and we took it back in to HW in 2023. They said that Honda had released a warranty/recall for the faulty part causing this issue. They then tried to tell us that we were now past the mileage for this recall. I recently purchased a 2024 Civic Sport Hatchback from Honda World. It was my first time buying a NEW car, not to mention buying a new car BY MYSELF. I've owned used, but never new. Anyway, our salesperson, Christian, was great! He was very patient, approachable, and relatable. He was not pushy or demanding, which I very much appreciated. I had a wonderful service experience thanks to Kathy H who was amazing, customer friendly and knowledgeable of what was needed for my car. She advised the right things to do for the round, didn’t oversell anything and even helped with discount. I appreciate her honesty and service staff quick turnaround of tuning the vehicle and got me out early.

I love Honda World. The facility is clean, and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And, prices are competitive. I even received a discount that lowered my cost by over $200. Debra J. Was great!

Hailey did an outstanding job of managing the service on my 2021 Civic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout. Excellent communication and information sharing. The work on my car was quality as well. Great overall experience.
