Sent an official offer to the dealership of 52000 for a 202q gr Supra, they counter offered with 52,500 but when I accepted they said they couldn't do 52500 and I should just accept 53,900 which was a good deal. The negotian was not in good faith and I don't trust that any deal made would be a deal honored.

I’ve consistently received excellent service from Honda World. The service department is a big reason I’ve purchased my last three Hondas from this dealership. The service reps are friendly, personable and very helpful. I appreciate getting a cost estimate before work begins. I recently purchased a Civic from Honda World and the sales rep, Chris, made the purchase easy. Great communication and personable service. I’m very pleased.
During pandemic and post pandemic I struggled finding a car and reliable service. Though I wasn’t able to find the car at Honda World I still take my new car to be serviced. They are excellent communicators as well as efficient and personable. If I’ve had a problem, they are so responsive and true customer service oriented to find an answer.
Excellent service. My service advisor Hailey was very professional and keep me updated during the whole process. She answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I requested. I was also impressed with the video update (via text) from tech detailing the work that was performed on vehicle. Excellent experience and would recommend Honda World to family and friends.
