?? Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest Pre-Sale Inspections & Zero Accountability ?? Do not trust Honda Schlossmann’s "Certified Pre-Owned" program. Honda Schlossman's 112-point inspection is failing customers either due to incompetence or negligence. One of the finance managers Peter accused me of bank fraud when he came to me with the wrong file of someone else. I attempted to explain to him this is not mine but refused to listen and kept repeating accusation of bank fraud. It would be helpful if managers differentiate files and not accuse customers of bank frauds

This is just a warning message: Bisbee HONDA don't care anything about you as a customer. They're out to make money off of you in any way that they can. DONOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. IT'S A RIP OFF!!

I've leased at least 5 cars from Grieco. I leased a NEW HONDA PROLOGUE in November. I have had numerous safety issues. The vehicle randomly stops completely while driving (nothing in front of me). The axle was replaced and still makes an awful noise. I was promised a 2nd axle replacment but when i called to schedule, was told that wasn't true. This dealership is beyond horrible. I went this past weekend to buy a car and the car was in bad condition. The car was dirty and had a busted tail light. I drove 2 hours to get there in a thunderstorm. Never again!!!!

I got scammed. Factor in thousands in repairs or better yet avoid entirely. From other reviews, it seems like they do this to many of their customers.Before I purchased my used 2021 ****** Crosstrek from Beaverton Honda, I noticed the car seemed to have trouble starting up. The salesman brought over a service tech who promised me he had inspected the car himself just the other day, and everything was fine. It has a new battery, he said. ***** *. Is truly amazing. He took my car for oil change and did a great job. I am very happy with the seemless customer service and the prompt response to my drop off and pick up to my home. They are all a good team.
