James **** My recent service was done in a very efficient and effective manner . Kathy ******* was the dealer associate who helped with my service call and she was just wonderful and I give her and the service techs five stars . I am retired but if I were running a business again Ms. ******* is the type of employee I would want on the front line representing my company .

I purchased a car and made a deposit. The salesman notified me of additional equipment added and of a Costco customer discount of 50% for that equipment which brought the price to dealer cost. After thinking and not caring for all but one of the additions I inquired about leaving off those additions considering they were of no profit to the dealership how could it had hurt anything?The salesman notified me that before any additions were made to the car he would contact me and discuss. I went for a Recall Service appointment on 7/30/21 and was helped by Advisor Mike *********. He and the rest of the servicecenter were highly professional and knowledgeable. We left the car at Honda World and were transported back and forth by a complimentary shuttle driver! The whole experience was fantastic and went smoothly and super efficiently.
