Had my 1st oil change. Left the dealership in pouring rain made it 20 miles down the road with small water spots showing up on my sunroof and pillars inside vehicle. Called dealership said they ran the cameras back and it was shut when it left. Explained to them that the button was just barely bumped, that it was open open but enough for water to seep in. I took my 2008 chevy tahoe to zimbrick to have my A/C serviced and it cost me over four thousand dollars, it ran fine for 6 months and then it went out on me again so I took it back to them a second time and they repaired and then it went out on me again 6 months later so when I took it back to them a third time they charged me a fee for diagnostics and repairs after which it went out on me a fourth time, I really do feel like I got scammed if you know what good for your car do not go to them they are rip-off artist, now I a... read more

I recently visited Hill Country Honda for two routine services - Oil/filter change and brake fluid change. I had dealer coupons for both services that I got from their web site. When the services were complete, they had added an addition change on the bill for "Provisions and Materials." Materials for both of the services I had done should be included in the basic service. e.g., When you get an oil/filter change the coupon said it included 5 qts of synthetic oil. I took my 2009 Honda civic because the ac was blowing but not cooling. Hill country Honda quoted me $2050.95 to fix it. I wanted a second opinion and found out that the ac clutch relay needed to be replaced. After looking at the price to fix it, the relay cost was $11.00. This was clearly hill country Honda was trying to rip me off. Once I put the new relays in. The ** was working fine. I had autozone check to see if anything popped up. As of 8/2/25 3 of gainesville honda employees harassed and tried using coercion by threaten me to leave the premises or they will call the police on me and have tresspassing for harassement to customer put on me while my vehicle was still being worked on after a lady which there were two of stopped me and thanked me so the sales manager **** ran out the office and yelled at me telling me i was harassing the ladies to which i asked her did you stop me, she said yes and the i asked am i harassing you she said no. Went to the finance department at their used car lot to simply get copies of the sales contract since mine have been lost. They came up with excuses but found my name in the computer and said they would have to get it mailed from group1auto in ***** and then call me. I have not reviewed a call back and it has been weeks. Found out, they can just print it off their computer right there in the finance department. I can't believe that man lied to me. Never had a dealership been so shady.

SERVICES NOT RENDERED, took my car in for services Emissions System Problem light on they did a COMPLETE DIAGNOSIS AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. I okay the services and two days later after paying 800.00 the light was back on and the SAME PROBLEM, It Took it back and they tried to charge me another 250.00 dollars for the same code's repair, however STATED THAT IT WAS NOT THE SAME CODE WHEN IT SAID IT ON THE SECOND DIAGNOSTIC
