Bought a $35000 truck was told it would pull my camper and everything. When I went got my camper it would not pull it. Took the truck up there a few times for them to "look at it" and they could not come up with anything. So I asked what could be done because I got lied to and they sorry deal with it...... so I went to another ram dealership spent more money because of the negative equity in the truck. Salesman named Dave Evans was extremely unprofessional. Was inquiring about a Challenger. If he approaches you I suggest you ask to deal with someone else. He uses foul language, brags about his yearly income, even talked trash about Law enforcement when we were out on the road. To top it off, on the way back to the dealership he rolls down his window and spits out of the car, was unsure if it was tobacco. Run away from this dealership. Thanks Chris Kerfoot. I love my new 75th anniversary Jeep Patriot. I had been looking for one for over a month. Drove over 100 miles, one way, because they were the only dealer to have one in the Recon Green color. Sales staff was very friendly & didn't try pressuring me into buying, unlike my local dealers. Thanks again & I'm going to recommend this dealer to everyone I know.

I have purchased a few cars from the management team in place now. There is not a more customer friendly team to be found anywhere.
We went the day before Easter to see about getting a larger vehicle (we mentioned a van to the salesman), as our family is growing out of our Ford Fiesta. What prompted us to try it, was the commercial that promoted the keys for keys for the same car payment you're currently paying. We told the car salesman that we were interested in a larger car and told him our credit wasn't exactly up to par at the time and we just wanted to see if we could even give it a try to trade. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband purchased his vehicle through this location in January, since I was returning from my tour in Korea and we were going to need two vehicles. They sent the wrong title at first, and now they're just dodging our calls and basically ignoring us. I don't know if we'll ever get our title but I'm definitely going to go through the BBB and if that doesn't work I guess we'll need to lawyer up.
