This is by far the worst Chrysler dealership in the city of Louisville, the sales people are not honest and misrepresent the numbers on their purchase deals. They try to juggle your trade in numbers, the finance numbers and their vehicle numbers constantly. You try to get them to stick with one thing at a time and they refuse to, their goal is to confuse the customer and get you to sign on the dotted line.
My wife and I have purchased our last three vehicles from here. However, due to an issue with our last vehicle being misrepresented by the salesman, this will be our last. We were assured that the vehicle, 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, had SiriusXM which was a very important feature for my wife. After getting the vehicle home we find that it is not an included feature. Pride them selves on best car buying experience. Then why won't he GM call me just to discuss all the issues in buying a vehicle from them. Can't take five to ten minutes, but your staff required/ caused my husband to use two vacation days. All we were offered was a tank of gas, but guess what: to get that we have to drive 45 minutes and probably wait an hour. Otherwise we can call and make arrangements with someone to meet us. I walked in upside down and left right side up. I didn't get the Wrangler I wanted but the Compass is supper nice and will help me fix my credit score.

Went in to look for a new car tyler Allison worked with us and found me a new 2017 jeep in the price range I needed, they helped me get out of my old car which I was upside down on and even helped pay the old one off, I have never been so happy with a dealership. I love my new car and will definitely be going back if I ever wanna get ride of this one. I would highly recommend them. The finance team is amazing also.
Spent the day looking for a vehicle throughout Shelbyville and even north (across the bridge). I had some pretty bad experiences at many car lots but they made it very easy and fun for us. They got us in the SUV we wanted for a price we needed. Very helpful and very friendly. Chad and Tony did everything they could to help us out. Highly recommend these guys to anyone. We will be coming back for sure.
