When I walked into this dealership I actually felt like the people there wanted me there. The salesman, Tony Byers was great, dealing with him was a great time. After test driving the truck I was looking for, it was time for negotiation. Between Tony and the sales manager, Allen Kingsbury, there was no pressure, and they were very open to my offers. . I came back from my last dealings with this sorry dealer . Everything they promised was lies . I even have email proof of the $100 customer referral , free oil change and free tank of gas . . So today I went in and got me extended warranty canceled ( which they over sold and over paid Per Mopar Warranty ) and asked about the things promised to me and they had me leave Stay away from this dealer far away if you want a great deal go to Commonwealth dodge they will take care of you and treat you with respect .I just purchased... read more
Terrible staff and terrible interaction with customers. I bought a vehicle here and WILL NOT be back at all. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This place needs to be shut down.
When attempting to buy a car I came here to inquire about a jeep commander. When I attempted to get the loan, the company took it upon themselves to run my credit 10 times as well as place me in a Kia that I did not want without my knowledge, simply because it was more expensive and gave them more of an income. Go to sign paperwork and find out I'm not getting the jeep, but a Kia. Needless to say, I left the dealership and have emailed multiple people about the fraud they attempted with no response. Avoid this dealership.
