Purchased an automobile from this dealership the day after Thanksgiving and am still waiting for the title. I live in Indiana where you have only 31 days after purchase to register and title your purchase. If you miss the deadline there is a penalty. Left messages for the title clerk but they never returned the calls. Called the salesman and he said "Oh, that usually takes 4 - 6 weeks". This dealership charges a $460 "documentation" fee and cannot even get your documents to you in a timely manner? I have a vehicle that I can... read more

People are pushy rude, and when I was there waiting for service with a friend. Over heard a sales manager cussing and yelling about someone working in the back, used words that I found insulting and illegal in business in this country, had I still wish I had called and complained, when I ask who he was was told he was used sales cars manager. There is no place for your racist pig comments in this world Sir. I will NEVER RETURN FOR SALES OR SERVICE HERE!! IF I KNEW WHO YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT I WOULD LOVE TO TELL THEM.

The salesman (Gary) was an angel sent from heaven. He's not just a great salesman but a God Loving person that makes buying from him a greaaaatttt experience because I know he's going to be honest and straight with you. My experience with Sam Swope Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was a great one and I would buy from them again! One happy lady!!!

I went there with my 2 year old JUST wanting to look inside a particular Town & Country that I found on autotrader. One of the Sales employees named Jessica asked so many questions and I had to tell her more than once that I wasn't buying anything that day. I just wanted to look. She did not show me the van I came out there to see, but instead brought me out to look at a van that clearly needed to be cleaned. Larry Kaplan was very helpful and helped me buy my very first brand new car. I love my 2015 Chrysler 200! He was very honest and not pushy like most salesmen. :)
