Service Department did a very good job servicing our 2014 T&C, people on the desk and back in service very friendly.
Contacted this dealership about a used vehicle that was posted on their website. The person I worked with (Nathan) was helpful. He went and took additional photos of the vehicle for me (since I'm a few hundred miles away). While I was working with him, the vehicle was "sent to auction" without Nathan's knowledge. Jeff...We are very sorry that you were unable to purchase the vehicle that you wanted. There was definitely no way for Nate to know that the vehicle was going to auction. When the vehicles do go to auction, sometimes it can be difficult to get them back or end the auction early, especially if online wholesalers have put bids on it.
We purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge Challenger from this dealership on 05/26/17. When we left the dealership we noticed the two front rims were damaged. It appears they were damaged in transport to the dealership by the ratchet straps used by the transport company. We immediately notified the salesman and returned to dealership the following week for resolution. The service department tried remove the scratches but were unable. Well we purchased a car from them and my daughter kept it for a year. She wanted to trade it in with them and she was turned down for a 2014. Well we went to Mazda and we got a 2016 ford fusion. She received a email wanting her Malibu so we went in and see about trading in her Malibu well got turned down once again even tho we delt with them already and paid off a car threw them. I visited the Dealership yesterday not knowing what to expect, I really didn't think I could actually afford a vehicle on that lot but to my surprise they worked it ..I love my new Jeep Cherokee!. I want to give a HUGE shout out to my Sales Lady Vilita, she was an Angel, and to Mark he's a wonderful funny Person...lol! Ask for Ryan Sawyers he will go above and beyond! Traded in our used car, while our new purchase was being detailed he set us up with a rental and even drove nearly an hour to deliver some belongings that I had left in the rental!!! So happy with the customer service!!! And the beautiful truck that we purchased!
