Love my car! BUT, sent me home without a temp tag. When I finally noticed, I came back and they gave me a permanent license plate with a tag that expired three months later. Noticed this before they expired, and called to find out what was going on. Called several times with no returned call. Finally had to go up, only for them to attempt to get me to pay taxes on the vehicle! Ummm, no. After asking my name five times, they finally admitted to making a mistake. No problem, stuff happens. Just want to say what great treatment I received at Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Dixie Hwy. La'bron Jenkins and Kris Haire treated me with dignity and respect and leaned over backwards to make sure I was happy with my 2009 Honda CRV. They mentioned that they wanted me to be happy and I am.
