I traded in my 2006 chrysler pacifica june 13th gave them the address where the vehicle was located. July 3rd the salesmen chris mills calls me asking about the trade in. I was VERY shocked who waits that long to go pick up a trade in from a mechanic shop?? Then have the nerve to threaten me with police all because their time management sucks. Can they even do this?? I gave them EVERYTHING they asked for before I left the lot keys, title and took pic of tags.
I haven’t had issues with them and they always treat me with the most respect...

Sold us a dirty truck..I thought that was the worst of it it wasn't. They not only didn't put gas in it but they cleared the codes. Two days after purchase the check engine light came on. Do not buy from here!!! Very dishonest!

called about a car was told they had it so set up day & time to be there which was the next morning as soon as they opened, drove 2 hrs. to be told they didn't have the car, got 3 different stories on what happened to it & none of them were the same! very poor customer service , nobody there including the sales manager knew what they were doing & none of them were honest! so after leaving I call them back 2 hrs later & asked about same car & was told again they had it! so my ole man asked for someone else & told them we was ... read more
