Our Durango needed looked at and we are not from this area. We were able to get an appointment very quick, everyone was very helpful. Even had two recalls, which we were aware of, taken care of. Very satisfied with the service. Friendly atmosphere, efficient workplace. Happy customer.

At the great age of 59 my Dad bought the nicest truck he has ever owned. He received a great experience with trading in two vehicles and bargaining for a bed cover and sidestep rails. He was also promised an extra key as well as touch up paint (the tail gate was a little rough but it was a working mans truck). He left proud as can be. Unfortunately my Dad went into cardiac arrest and died 5 days later. A few days before the funeral my Mom was contacted to bring the truck in for the addons. Avoid this place at all costs. They screw something up and then void your warranty on the process. Then, when the problem is not fixed, they tell you they are done and leave you hanging.

A month after trading my car for a Jeep, the dealership told me to provide a copy of my marriage license as my maiden name was on the title for the car. I asked where to send it, and I never received a response. My husband went to the dealership to provide the copy of the marriage license, and no one knew who would handle the processing of it.
