RecommendedWent in for oil change and tire rotation and when truck was ready there was oil all over my middle console on my 2018 Ram. Not very happy about that. Other than that they did good. Wash your hands before entering new vehicles after servicing them please.

Transmission repaired under warranty by Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was informed my transmission was broken down and rebuilt with new parts and re-installed. A junkyard transmission was installed in place of my Chrysler certified transmission. I discovered that when a gasket blew shortly after I had my transmission repaired. First gear constantly failed to engage and then slams forward. Until the transmission engages my engine revs to high RPMs and I have total loss of power, as if my transmission is in neutral. Use misleading and fraudulent sale tactics to get you in to the dealership. The flyer they sent has a pull tab card on it and the majority of Louisville is there thinking they won 1000 dollars because their pull tab card numbers matched. When you get to speak to someone they so smuggly point out to you that in the fine print it says that card means nothing basically and you have to have the bar code scanned to see what you won if anything.
