My experience of therapy was absolutely life changing and I can’t thank Louise enough for that. Louise was very professional, empathic and thought-provoking throughout. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings and gained a lot of insight into myself. I worked with Louise for a few months and she was very kind, empathetic and friendly. I particularly liked the 'walk and talk therapy' that she offered, as I found it really unique and enjoyable!
