What can I say! Life changing help! Have suffered with severe riding anxiety (and general anxiety) with horrific nerves. Had an enforced break from riding for about 12 weeks due to poor health. I couldn't believe the change in me when I got back on for the first time today. Honestly felt like the old me! The old confident rider me!!! Got in the saddle and it felt great. I haven't had such a confident ride in years!! I can thank Louise enough. xx
Since meeting Louise she has helped me develop my confidence in riding and seen me grow. Recently I got diagnosed with Breast Cancer and while I was dealing with this well, booked Louise for a top up of my calming anchor and a session on healing. Having experienced a traumatic incident on the road with my horse and a van I had lost all confidence out hacking alone. My horse would spin and take off when traffic came towards us, and my nerves and anxiety would feed the situation, making him feel even more on edge.
