I had the pleasure of a foot reflexology treatment with Louise this week. She has such a gentle, healing touch and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! The findings she reported at the end were completely in line with the aches and pains I’ve been experiencing and I felt in very safe and knowledgeable hands. Can’t wait for my next session! My treatment left me very calm and de-stressed. I also noticed that I slept very well in the evening. Recently I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis which has improved since Louise's treatments. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall, my treatments were very pleasurable and relaxing and the noticeable improvements to my ailments cannot be a coincidence.
I’ve had a few sessions with Louise now and I’ve really benefited from her healing hands and knowledge. She has an intuitive and caring nature and find the sessions incredibly beneficial for releasing tension and worry and for understanding where I hold onto emotions physically. Thank you.
