I rented a property through Louis and Co at Riverhill apartments, they managed the property & the building as a whole. They were unorganised, slow to react to any issues in the block & when they did they bodged the fixes, they took so much chasing to get a reference from & did nothing to release my deposit money to the point it took 3 months to get back. I previously lived in Flat 45, Bishops Terrace, Maidstone, and moved out on July 24, 2024. Since then, I've sent several emails to Louis & Co regarding the return of my deposit but have received no response. I also called a few times, only to be told that either staff were on holiday or my email had been forwarded to the relevant team. As of now, I still haven't received my deposit back. At this point, I believe my only option is to take legal action to recover my deposit.
Very disappointed with the whole service they’ve provided two family members , After the lack of supposed support that was not given to my step son in the tenure of his tenancy of his flat under Louis & co, from basic repairs , to structural safety issues they couldn’t care less, and I would only ever give the advice to not rent under this company unless you want any issues to fall on deaf ears.
