BEST BRISKET I EVER HAD. MOIST, SMOKY, CUT IT WITH A PLASTIC FORK. PULLED PORK IS JUST ONE OF MY FAVORITES ANY WHERE, AND IT WAS AWESOME. HAD CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE, ORIGINAL SAUCE. WOULD LOVE TO EAT THERE ONCE A WEEK, BUT TOOOO LONG A COMMUTE.
Best brisket I have ever had! We went well out of our way to enjoy this fine fare.

This is my favorite stop on the Texas BBQ Trail!! This is my fourth trip here in a year and a half and I'm NEVER disappointed!!! The Beef Rib is like a Brontosaurus Rib! The brisket melts in your mouth!! The line is sometimes long but it's well worth the wait...!!! I've had the pleasure of meeting the Pitmaster Wayne Mueller and he gave me a tour... Keep Smokin' Wayne!!!
Love the brisket sandwich, beef ribs was tasty & sausage was yummy! Iffy on the beans...overall, we will definitely be back!

Best BBQ in the State and best I've ever had! Thanks Wayne for the great time and making us feel like regulars on our first visit. Trying to plan another reason to make to town from Dfw, the BBQ will probably just have to be the reason. See ya soon!! Oh and just get a little bit of everything, it's all the best, and don't leave without eating a beef rib!
