So good!!!! The brisket was moist as could be. Enjoyed every bite!
Needed a sign from Art Office and refused delivery just so I had an excuse to go to Taylor!! And the excuse, eat a beef rib from the best in Texas!! Also grabbed some jalapeño sausage for my wife, she loves it as much as I do!!
The brisket was delicious, but City Market in Luling has them beat as far as ribs go, my opinion
No idea why they are so highly rated. Very disappointed,the place itself is great,just what a Texas BBQ joint should be. The brisket & sausage was just ok,the pork ribs we didn't even eat,beans were good. The so called sauce was terrible. Definitely not worth the 2 hours it took to get there.
We drove a long way to get there, and I found it wasn't very good. The ribs had bbq sauce on them, which normally I love, but all you could taste was what seemed like garlic. I ordered half a rack and only ate one. My husband couldn't wait to try the brisket, he was very disappointed. It really wasn't that good. After adding some salt, the potato salad was pretty good. We were curious, so we took the drive, don't expect we'll be back.....
Louie Mueller prepared a large order of brisket for our wedding rehearsal. They made sure to wait to cut the meat until we arrived to pick it up so that it stayed moist. Everyone working that day was incredibly nice and helpful. It was absolutely delicious! Can't recommend this place enough.
I have never eaten at Louie Mueller but I have eaten the BBQ and it was yummy!
We found this place while my husband was in town for a job interview and I’m so glad we did! The brisket melts in your mouth like butter because it’s so tender , and the jalapeño sausage packs a punch with its flavor. Good stuff! Can’t wait to go back!
