Pork ribs and sausage were excellent, brisket was perfect, with a fantastic peppery bark. Potato salad and cole slaw were also very good, great taste contrasts with the meats. And the banana pudding....definitely in the top 5 I've ever had, and I've had ALOT of banana pudding!
I have been there a few times, and the food is outstanding. I really want people to try the potato salad! Best potato salad ever. Another positive was the samples. They gave me three big chunks of brisket, and then some pork. I bought it all. The chicken was way better than I expected. Kinda stole the show last time. Anyway, just stop being a bbq snob, make the drive, stand in line, and order a lot. Love this place.
The best beef rib in the world. Nice and tender, the rub was amazing. And your banana pudding? OMG❤️

The brisket was tender and had great flavor. Alittle pricey and the sauce was more of a dipping sauce instead of real bbq sauce. Was kinda odd to me. Overall I’m glad we stopped and had lunch there. The smell of the bbq cooking and the charm of the old building was priceless.
