We were so disappointed as we had been here before. We paid over $18 for a pound of chopped moist brisket. Got home tonight and it was stringy, dry and tough. Can’t say we’ll make an extra trip to Taylor for this again. ☹️
Worst BBQ I’ve had in a long time! Long line for nothing, over priced food. BBQ sauce was just horrible. I think the best thing about it was the glass sodas to be honest. I highly recommend IRON WORKS in Austin, Texas!!!!
Went to lunch there yesterday with a group of co workers from overseas. Best brisket I have ever eaten...melted in your mouth....jalapeno sausage was very flavorful with just the right amount of spice and the spare ribs were great and pulled away from the bone with ease. I'd easily drive from San Antonio just to get tge brisket again. Definitely will be back at some point.
The taste of the meat, beans and potato salad was excellent but the coleslaw and BBQ sauce was awful. Loved the people, meat and experience but way to pricey for a second visit.
This place is truly special. The top of my personal BBQ Texas list. Treat your self to the beef ribs, it’s worth the price! Already making plans to come back.
Oh my the pulled pork sliders were great. Worth the drive from Georgia.
