Started at LMC In March to help me with some chronic pain with my sciatica and lose a few pounds for my wedding in August. I always have such an enjoyable thorough training session with Chess. She is so understanding and always mixes our sessions up. I would definitely recommend her and the clinic to friends and family. Especially my pregnant friends as she is highly knowledgeable in this field.
