Went to view a Nissan qashqai today and found Jermaine to be extremly helpful and patient.I had a lot of questions/concerns for him and he still maintained his proffesionalism and was not pushy once despite me giving the car a good check over.....Felt totally welcomed
I'm still awaiting my £14,100 refund. I can't seem to get hold of anyone to process this. Maybe you'll respond on here?? The one time i finally got through to someone, they assured it had been done, so you can imagine my surprise when the bank confirm this isn't the case and there's no pending transactions either? Can someone PLEASE get back to me before we have to lodge official complaints with the bank etc to get this done.
I managed to find my dream car for sale at the Loughton Motor Company (via Autotrader) and I am now the happy owner of a gorgeous C63 AMG. All my dealings - apart from the day of signing on the dotted line, were with Jermaine who is clearly passionate about cars. He kept me informed and updated throughout the process of servicing, MOT'ing and valeting the vehicle.
