Update: TMS followed up after my review with an apology, a promise to the review sticker policy plus a lovely offer to valet the car should I be prepared to revisit my review. I have revisited my review star rating (originally 1 star) because of the swift and genuine response. I won't be taking them up on the valet offer. (I might get another blasted sticker, hahaha!).
