Just wonderful! I cannot thank Helen enough for what she has done, and continues to do, for me. I have seen and felt such huge differences in myself. I no longer have NHS treatment for my fibromyalgia as Helen keeps it under control, my weight is going down, my headaches have all but gone, my posture improved... The list goes on. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been visiting Helen on and off for the last 6-7 years for a severe case of a double whiplash injury. At its worst, I would sob in pain and no amount of pain relief would touch it and the frustration of trying to get comfortable enough to be able to sleep with no luck was exhausting and the severity was only exasperated in the cold winter months.
