Really helpful in-depth initial session. I went in with knee pains from hiking and running. Lorna found the source of the pains quickly and worked on that during the session as well as showing me what I should be doing to prevent further problems. Highly recommended!

Lorna is an excellent osteopath. I visited her earlier in the year when my neck and shoulder were causing me a lot of pain. Lorna very quickly diagnosed the issues, did regular hands-on manipulation and gave me at-home stretching advice - which meant that a few weeks later I was in far less pain. Lorna has an empathetic approach and is very knowledgable about the upper back and neck area, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone experiencing neck or upper back pain/discomfort.
