We used Lorimers to purchase a house in 2022. Whilst they themselves were fairly helpful, if not a bit understaffed, they were really let down by the total abomination of the conveyancer that they sub-contracted to in Winslow - ASK Legal LLP. They made the purchasing jouney a totally hellish experience.
I entrusted the paperwork of selling my property to Mr Pandya. Everything went smoothly like a clockwork without any delay. Very transparent with their costs and responsibilities. I would highly recommend this company for any legal work.
Lorimers conveyancing, did a wonderful job of selling my house, took all the stress out of the process, and did it in record time.
We have instructed Lorimers several times. Our appointed solicitor for several conveyancing sales/purchasing has been Rebecca. BL. Rebecca has always provided an efficient & knowledgeable service. We were able to contact her & speak to her when we needed which made the process less stressful. We will certainly instruct Rebecca in the future.
I have been highly disappointed with the service from Lorimars solicitors. I have taken my business away from them.
