Lorijill Designs has poor customer relations. My electric blind is leaving lines on the shade. I wanted Jeff to come to check it out left many messages including speaking with Lorie...he refused to respond. I was told to pay for an installer to come. I believe a company should stand by their product. Lorie and Jeff could care less.
Wish I could comment on their services - but they made the consultation visit a mess. If it wasn’t one thing. It was another. You’d think an official appointment invite would solidify a visit. Nope. And zero respect for clients time - … likely dodged a bullet.
