Jeff was really great. We did the work with them after they were very thorough and super easy to work with. They are not the cheapest folks in town, which was a good thing, because we wanted quality work, and a quality product that would last for years to come. Spent a lot of time going over all options with no pressure. Final result was beautiful and it’s been over a year, no issues with our new window treatments.
Lori Jill took a failed Hunter Douglas battery operated blind for repair. They never returned it. First, they scheduled to reinstall hte blind, then cancelled. Then they said Hunter Douglas could not repair a six year old blind. They said it was returned in pieces and they threw it away without informing us. They then said we need to buy a new blind for $800. This is the most abysmal customer service imaginable.
