Call me and emailed very fast.
I went in to buy a truck at their advertised online price and they told me to get the price not only do I have to trade in a car 2005 or newer and be a police officer. When I asked for their best price they quoted me way above retail. I ended up buying an $80,000 truck at another dealer a few days later. Not only will I never buy a car there I will never have one of my cars serviced there either.

Asked to see a car, and made it clear that I was traveling 100 miles to do so. Told the salesman, (named “the big “O”) ( I know, a ridiculous and un-professional name), to notify me if the car was being shown, or sold. I would turn around and go home. I pulled into the dealer, and told the car was “just sold”. They wasted my afternoon. “The big O” was nowhere to be found. This dealership is owned and operated by fifth graders. Don’t be naive and think your experience will be better. It won’t.
Sells person seem distracted like he had something else he rather do. Took forever to get numbers . Would tell me he’d call or send over info and wouldn’t so I’d have to call him again. Bad experience!!!

Very nice people, very professionals, they trytyou like you own family, too bad I don't qualify for that beautiful car, because they don't find a good bank or lenders who can Finance me that beautiful car., anyway thank you so much LORENZO FORD for your hard work.
