I called and did credit app etc. I do believe I even sent in dl and paystubs to expedite the process because it was almost a two hour drive down there.I had to keep calling my salesmen arlmando and he kept brushing me off. I called about three times and he said he received the application and never contacted me back. Customer service is important. At least give the customer a return call etc. I ended up buying the car elsewhere so it was all good.

The only positive about this experience was being contacted. The CarGurus advertisement did not match what was provided by the sales person. The CarGurus list price was $48,890; however, when I inquired about details with the sales rep I was sent a sticker price of $66,595.
I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck not look at but purchase. Once I arrived price was 2000 over advertised. I have bought 6 new trucks, I did not buy this one nothing went smoothly
Only received email in response to initial inquiry but no answers or replies to the various questions I had about the vehicle.
This dealer advertise a car that was the right color and right model. The pricing seemed to be better than anywhere else I can find on the internet. So I went to another dealer look at the exact same vehicle and drove it and got an idea of their pricing,which was going to be quite a bit higher. The second dealer told me that the first dealer has a reputation of not following through the pricing they advertised on the internet.
