I went to look at this minivan the outside was nice but the inside one of the back seats has a huge piece missing out of it and on the driver seat the plastic piece was all messed up. I don’t think that the van is worth $7490 so I offered them $6500 out the door and they said no. If your going to sell a van with damage then you have to realize it’s real value

I initially contacted Lorenzo dealer via email and they replied with several emails and calls indicating they had a great special for a 2019 Ford Explorer: $189/month for a lease with about $3k due at signing. I went to the dealer and the sales rep started playing games saying the car for that special was sold and that only base model vehicles qualified for that special. The car was originally listed 3k below of the advertised price. Then I was told that there was an error in the sistem. I asked for a cash out the door price and they took 3 days to show me the numbers. Price went up in the meantime, not to mention the crazy high dealer fees added on the final price. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership.
